These bite-sized treats are a wonderful addition to lunch boxes, a quick dessert to share with friends, and a cheerful surprise for teachers on the first day back at school. They come together in minutes and require no baking, making them a practical and tasty option for classroom parties, after-school snacks, or simply a fun treat at home. The flavor is bright and pleasantly sweet, with a crisp chocolate finish that appeals to both kids and adults alike.

What you will need:

  • Double stuffed Oreos, or Oreo Cakesters, for a full, creamy filling and a sturdy base
  • Popsicle sticks to anchor each treat and provide a handle for easy eating
  • White chocolate chips, melted until smooth to seal the cookies and give a glossy coat
  • Mini milk chocolate chips to craft tiny eyes and a mouth, adding personality
  • Candy corn pieces to form a bright nose and a playful smile when arranged together

How to prepare:

  • Insert a Popsicle stick firmly into the center of each Oreo where the frosting nests, creating a stable handle
  • Gently melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until they are silky and smooth
  • Drizzle or spoon the melted white chocolate over the Oreo and lay them on a sheet of wax paper to set and firm up
  • Arrange mini chocolate chips to become eyes and a small mouth, and press a candy corn piece at the top to resemble a nose
  • To achieve a cleaner edge, trim the sides of the Oreo with kitchen scissors for a neater look
  • If popsicle sticks run out, simply pour the melted chocolate over the Oreo to create a small puddle, then add a licorice scarf and pretzel arms to craft a melted snowman
  • They are ready to be enjoyed once the coating has fully set
