A kitten that may or may not be the littlest vampire was found wandering the streets and taken to a faculty member at East Tennessee State University because it was extremely sickly looking at only 10-weeks old.
Named Lazarus, this special kitty has a a combination of a cleft palate and lower fangs that jut out making him look like the world’s first vampire kitty! After many examinations, it was revealed that Lazarus’s top canine teeth would have to be removed. Now, after receiving treatment for all his various infections and health issues, Lazarus is no different than any other domestic cat.
With his health much better and his unique appearance, Lazarus is going to be trained as a therapy cat to show the world that people and animals with disabilities are able to contribute to society the same way as those who are not disabled.
