Who knew Bruno Mars was a fan of THE LITTLE MERMAID? During his concert at BBC’s Live Lounge, the Grammy nominated raper covered what he calls “the best song ever written.” To the surprise of his fans, Bruno sang “Part of Your World” from the Disney animated classic, THE LITTLE MERMAID!
Of course, a true tribute to THE LITTLE MERMAID wouldn’t be complete without a shout out to “Under the Sea.” At the very end of the song, he and his band sang a few verses of Sebastian’s upbeat song.
The cover comes at a great time, as THE LITTLE MERMAID will be hitting theatres in 3D in September 2013! Thanks to Bruno, we’re reminded of all the great songs from the soundtrack.
