The boys of One Direction are riding a rocket to fame and showing no sign of slowing down. The British-Irish band recently revealed theirsophomorealbum title ‘Take Me Home’ and now an official release date has been set for November 13, according to Columbia Records.
The new album will follow One Direction’s upcoming performance at the MTV Video Music Awards and the release of their new single “Live While We’re Young.” After breaking records as the first U.K. band to debut at #1 on the U.S. Billboard chart with ‘Up All Night’, fans have high expectations.
As for the icing on the cake, One Direction also shared their new album cover art. The cover shows the five band mates climbing an old-fashioned British phone booth, a clear nod to their playful side and British roots.
With the pre-order date for ‘Take Me Home’ set for September 3, we can expect Directioners to be patiently waiting by their computers on Monday. Remember to catch their pre-VMA special, “One Direction: My First Time” and live performance on September 6!
