Directioners are buzzing as One Direction moves toward Take Me Home, the group’s sophomore release that builds on the warm, radio-ready feel of Up All Night while slipping in a handful of fresh touches fans will spot early on.
The official tracklist for Take Me Home has been unveiled, marking a confident step forward for the band’s second studio effort.
Savan Kotecha, a frequent collaborator, described the project as staying true to the debut while introducing moments that give Take Me Home its own voice. He noted that while the first album launched with a single big hit, most listeners had only heard one track. A drastic shift seemed inappropriate at this juncture.
The official track listing for Take Me Home follows:
- Live While We’re Young
- Kiss You
- Little Things
- C’mon C’mon
- Last First Kiss
- Heart Attack
- Rock Me
- Change My Mind
- I Would
- Over Again
- Back For You
- They Don’t Know About Us
- Summer Love
And included only on the Deluxe and Yearbook editions of the album:
- She’s Not Afraid
- Loved You First
- Nobody Compares
- Still The One
Live While We’re Young, the lead single from the second album, was performing strongly on the iTunes charts; Rihanna’s Diamonds stood as a major rival preventing a top position in several markets.
Fans could add Take Me Home to their collection once it was released in late 2012, with pre-orders available.
