Today she’s been deemed the most trusted celebrity in America, according to a Reuters/Ipsos poll!
The purpose of the poll was for marketers to figure out who would be the best “celebrity endorser” to sell products. They listed some names to stay away from, but we figure you already know who they are (cough Paris Hilton cough).
Along with being the most trusted face in America, here are some fun facts about Betty White that we bet you didn’t know:
– U.S. Forest Service has made her an honorary Forest Ranger
– A Facebook petition have almost 500,000 supporters trying to get Betty White to host and episode of SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE, which she followed through on. Being 88 at the time, she was deemed the oldest person to host the show.
– She regularly donates to many pet and animal charities including the Los Angeles Zoo Commission and the Morris Animal Foundation
– She’s appeared as herself in the movies and on television around 203 times and has acted in 106 different roles.
