Not many people would expect to see Beyoncé in an animated movie, yet that’s the medium into which she’s diving as she stars in the upcoming 3D movie, EPIC.
EPIC tells the story of a teenaged girl who gets magically transported to another world where she finds herself in the middle of a power struggle between the good and evil forces that inhabit the planet. The movie is based on THE LEAF MEN AND THE BRAVE GOOD BUGS by William Joyce.
The film studio hasn’t released too much information about the movie as it won’t premiere until 2013, but we do know that Beyoncé will play the role of Queen Tara. With stars like Amanda Seyfried, Josh Hutcherson and Colin Farrell lending their voices to the film, EPIC will be something that you won’t want to miss!
