Tonight, not only do you get a double dose of DEGRASSI, but you’ll also get to watch Chaz Bono’s guest appearance!
Chaz Bono is the son of timeless pop star, Cher, and her former musical partner, Sonny Bono. Chaz will be playing himself and will give some helpful advice to Adam Torres (played by Jordan Todosey) about being a transgender youth as well on Adam’s rising girl troubles.
Chaz Bono’s appearance is newsworthy because he, like Adam, is also transgender. Chaz is also an advocate for transgender issues and jumped at the chance to appear on the ground-breaking show that doesn’t shy away from important social issues.
