It seems like Jennifer Lawrence has taken on Katniss’s heroic qualities and applied them to her everyday life. While strolling in Santa Monica, California, THE HUNGER GAMES star noticed an unconscious woman on the ground near an apartment complex. She immediately rushed to her aid.
While a bystander called 911, Lawrence got down on the ground to stay with the woman and make sure that she was alright. She waited with her until an ambulance arrived to take her to a hospital.
Even though she didn’t perform any crazy acts of CPR or save anyone from a burning building, Jennifer Lawrence proved that the smallest things can assist someone in a time of need. It was a kind gesture and we’re sure that (if she weren’t a fictional character) Katniss would have been very proud!
Speaking of Katniss and THE HUNGER GAMES, the topic of who will play Johanna Mason in the sequel, CATCHING FIRE, has had much debate. Mia Wasikowska was rumoured to be playing her for a while, but now we’re hearing that Jena Malone might be up for the role. This is all very confusing as a while ago, Naya Rivera’s Wikipedia page claimed that she was given the part. This is turning into a Finnick- type whirlwind of rumours!
