The wildly popular parody that took the literary world by storm a few years ago is finally being adapted into a feature film!
Seth Grahame-Smith’s PRIDE AND PREJUDICE AND ZOMBIES is the classic love story by Jane Austen with some very interesting elements thrown in. Examples of these include, but are not limited to zombies, ninjas and fights to the death!
Of course, Hollywood has been eager to adapt this book to the big screen, but sadly the project didn’t get off the ground. Now it seems it’s being considered again and more seriously because not only is the adaptation under way, but the lead has already been cast!
MIRROR MIRROR’s Lily Collins has been signed on to play the role of Elizabeth Bennet, who must fight off the living dead while simultaneously keeping her meddling mother from interfering in her love life and attempting to catch the affections of the handsome Mr Darcy.
No release date or director has been mentioned just yet, but we bet it won’t be long until people are climbing over each other to be a part of this movie. We expect it to be hilariously endearing and can’t wait for the final result!
