Muppets fans, rejoice! The sequel to 2011’s THE MUPPETS is finally here!
In the new trailer for Disney’s upcoming film MUPPETS MOST WANTED we see Kermit stuck with a case of stolen identity – arch-nemesis and “world’s greatest criminal” Constantine tricks all of his friends into thinking he is Kermit while they’re in the midst of a big world tour. He then frames poor Kermie for terrible crimes, including stealing England’s Crown Jewels!
Our lovable little green guy finds himself stuck in a Russian prison far, far away from his friends – ruled by the iron claw of Nadya (played by Tina Fey)! Ricky Gervais and Ty Burrell are also big names on the list.
Like its predecessor, this Muppet movie features its share of star-studded cameos:Zach Galifianakis, P. Diddy, Christoph Waltz and Ray Liotta all make brief appearances. Lady Gaga, Tom Hiddleston and Salma Hayak will also show their faces.
Now that’s something to get excited about – big celebrities AND the Muppets, together at last! Don’t miss this gem when it comes out in March 2014!
