If you missed it in theaters, GLEE: THE 3D CONCERT MOVIE is now out on DVD/Blu-ray! But, if you don’t have a 3D television, it’s basically just GLEE: THE CONCERT MOVIE, which is just as swell.
Since we’re noticing a severe dwindle in the quality of the recent GLEE episodes (with the exception of the recent holiday one), we’re glad the bare bones of just singing and performing is what’s highlighted here. With this movie, Gleeks get their chance to see rare behind the scene moments of the cast interaction and beautifully shot live performances from the summer 2011 tour.
If you’re a hardcore GLEE fan who’s already made it through the thick and thin (both thick and thin being bad) of the past season, then you’ll enjoy adding this DVD/Blu-ray to your collection of once was good.
