Disney XD is getting the royal treatment with a week-long marathon of PAIR OF KINGS, beginning on Monday, February 18! From 4:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m., Disney XD will air every episode in the series. Then on Sunday, February 24 at 8 p.m., an epic two-part one-hour episode will air. This event is part of a special four-episode story arc that begins this Saturday, February 9 at 6:30 p.m.
The show follows fraternal twins Boomer (played by Doc Shaw) and Boz (played by Adam Hicks), who find out they are heirs to the throne of the island Kinkow. They come across crazy obstacles such as overactive volcanoes, mysterious tarantula people, and even their cousin Lanny (played by Ryan Ochoa). They make friends with Mikayla Maookla (played by Kelsey Chow) and her father Mason (played by Geno Segers), who help the twins and tell them what they need to know while living on the island. Together, they learn to put aside their differences and rule the island.
The one-hour episode is titled “Long Live The Kings Part 1 & 2.” Boomer and Boz are faced with their greatest challenge yet as they discover that the island’s most feared warrior has returned. Kaita the Mummy and his army engage in battle with Boomer and Boz as they try to save their paradise home.
This episode will be the last of PAIR OF KINGS’ third season. According to Adam Hicks’ Twitter, the show was not renewed for a fourth season. But fans don’t need to worry! The one-hour episode can be watched on DisneyXD.ca from March 2 to March 8. All the episodes from season three will also be added to Disney XD OnDemand starting on February 5 and the one-hour episode will be available on February 26.
