Rupert Grint is now the star of a series that is set to hit the small screen!
Rupert Grint has recently been cast in the soon-to-be-released CBS series SUPER CLYDE. Rupert will be playing the title character Clyde, a fast food worker who decides to become a super hero after he learns that he will be inheriting $100,000 a month from a dead relative!
The show is being produced by Greg Garcia, who is known to for being involved in shows such as RAISING HOPE and MY NAME IS EARL, which currently run on FOX.
This is one of Rupert’s first projects after his beloved role on HARRY POTTER, on which he spent ten years and made eight films! He is also set to star in an upcoming film called THE NECESSARY DEATH OF CHARLIE COUNTRYMAN with stars Shia LaBeouf and Evan Rachel Wood.
The other HARRY POTTER stars have been doing well after post-HARRY POTTER as well. Emma Watson starred in the amazing movie PERKS OF BEING A WALLFLOWER and is set to be in projects such as THE BLING RING and NOAH (coming out in 2013-2014). Daniel Radcliffe has also been involved in many soon-to-be-released projects as well, such as KILL YOUR DARLINGS, HORNS and the rom-com THE F WORD.
