With the scariest holiday of the year coming up in a few weeks, it’s time time get into the Halloween spirit and what better way to do so then to watch shows and movies that have witches, curses, pumpkins and vampires right in their wheelhouse? Keep an eye out for these upcoming Halloween shows:

Friday, October 19

GOOD LUCK CHARLIE (5:30 p.m. ET on Family Channel)

What better way to start the weekend than by tuning into Family’s Monstober Fridays? Check out new Halloween episodes of GOOD LUCK CHARLIE, where Amy dresses up as a kangaroo and Charlie gives his exterminator uniform a superhero twist.

REALLY ME “SCARY POPPINS” (6 p.m. ET on Family Channel)

Check out your favourite fictional reality TV stars in REALLY ME’s second season Halloween episode, sure to be filled with comedic moments and silliness.

Saturday, October 20

SCOOBY-DOO! MUSIC OF THE VAMPIRE (7 p.m. ET/PT on TELETOON)

Check out the broadcast premiere of this spooky Scooby film that follows the gang on a road trip to a vampire festival in Louisiana. This cartoon favourite is filled with music, mystical inventions and a whole troupe of vampire actors!

THE GOONIES (6:30 p.m. ET/3:30 p.m. PT on ABC Spark)

This ’80s flick tells the story of a group of kids who go on an adventure to find buried treasure and help save their neighbourhood from being turned into a golf course.

iCARLY: iSCREAM ON HALLOWEEN (9:00 p.m. ET on Nickelodeon)

When a Halloween letter addressed to the haunted apartment 13B finds itself in the hands of Carly and Spencer, the two must investigate. Along the way, they encounter plenty of scares and costume filled insanity.

GHOSTBUSTERS (9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT on ABC Spark)

What do you do when you have a university degree and don’t now what to do with it? Open up your own ghost-busting business, of course!

GHOSTBUSTERS 2 (11:30 p.m. ET/8:30 p.m. PT on ABC Spark)

The thrilling sequel finds the Ghostbusters re-opening their practice when a river of ectoplasm and some new spooks are discovered.

ALVIN AND THE CHIPMUNKS MEET THE WOLFMAN (2 p.m. on YTV)

Alvin’s nightmares are plagued with werewolves and he’s convinced that his neighbour is one himself in this classic animated film.

BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER (5 p.m. ET/2 p.m. PT on ABC Spark)

Nothing says Halloween better than a teenage vampire killer, an evil plot and some curses thrown in for good measure!

THE HAUNTED MANSION (7 p.m. ET/8 p.m. PT on ABC Spark)

When a realtor and his family visit an old mansion, they discover that they’ve bitten off more than they can chew when they meet the mansion’s ghostly inhabitants.

SWITCHED AT BIRTH “STREET NOISES INVADE THE HOUSE” (8 p.m. on ABC Spark)

You haven’t truly experienced Halloween until you’ve seen this movie. When three witches return to Salem (the site of the Salem Witch Trails), it’s up to a group of kids and a cat to chase them out of their town.

MONSTERS VS ALIENS: MUTANT PUMPKINS FROM OUTER SPACE (4:30 p.m. on YTV)

A town in California is being threatened by some truly scary jack-o-lanterns that are not of this world! Susan Murphy and her Monster co-workers are the only ones who can put an end to their reign of terror.

IT’S THE GREAT PUMPKIN, CHARLIE BROWN (5 p.m. on YTV)

A cult favourite, especially at this time of year, the movie tells the story of Linus waiting to be visited by a mysterious Great Pumpkin and the rest of the Peanut gang celebrating Halloween in their own ways.

SCARED SHREKLESS (5 p.m. on YTV)

Shrek and his friends spend the night in Lord Farquaad’s haunted castle and tell scary stories to win a competition.

Saturday, October 27 (Tim Burton Day!)

EDWARD SCISSORHANDS (2:30 p.m. ET/11:30 a.m. PT on ABC Spark)

Before Johnny Depp was Jack Sparrow, he was Edward Scissorhands – a man created by an old inventor who died before he had the chance to give him real hands.

CORPSE BRIDE (&:30 p.m. ET/4:30 p.m. PT on ABC Spark)

This fine specimen of stop motion will have you singing along to its tunes and picking sides between the living Victoria and the very dead Emily. It’s like the team Edward and Jacob all over again.

BEETLEJUICE (9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT on ABC Spark)

Normally, it’s the living who are trying to exorcise the dead. In this frightfully funny film, it’s a pair of ghosts who fire the scariest undead thing alive to get some pesky mortals out of their home.

MR. YOUNG “Mr. Candy” (10 a.m. on YTV)

The teenage science teacher and his friends/students have a Halloween adventure of their own in this special episode of MR YOUNG.

LIFE WITH BOYS “DO YOU WANNA DANCE WITH BOYS” (12:30 p.m. on YTV)

Will Tess have to face her fears in this episode of LIFE WITH BOYS? Tune in to find out!

THE ADDAMS FAMILY (1 p.m. on YTV)

The cartoon series goes live-action with this spooky film! A con artist tries to get a hold of the family’s wealth by introducing them to a fake Addams family member.

Monday, October 29

CORALINE (7 p.m. on YTV)

A girl moves into a gloomy house and finds a magic passageway into an alternate reality where everything is fun and colourful, but also very dangerous. Tune in for a beautifully crafted stop motion film.

SIGNS (2 a.m. ET/11 p.m. PT on ABC Spark)

Creepy crop circles appear on a family’s farm. What can they possibly mean? Younger audiences may want to consider passing up on this scary film!

Alvin and his friends are working at an amusement park and have no idea that the real Dr. Frankenstein is in the haunted house right in the park!

Wednesday, October 31 (Halloween!)

Though this movie isn’t exactly Halloween-themed, wicked witches, flying monkeys and apple-throwing trees gives his movie the right amount of fright factor to balance out the classic show tunes.

ZOEY 101: THE CURSE OF THE PCA TV MOVIE EVENT (8 p.m. ET on Nickelodeon)

Check out this Zoey 101 TV movie, where Zoey and the gang investigate the legend of a former PCA student who went insane and fled to the wilderness. Will the old necklace they find in the woods lead them to the ghost of Charles L. Galloway?
