The very first trailer for STAR TREK INTO DARKNESS had been released! Are you ready for a sneak peek of the highly anticipated movie?
The trailer starts off with a voice-over of Benedict Cumberbatch’s villain character who says, “You think your world is safe, but this is all an illusion.” The trailer shows Captain Kirk (Chris Pine) and his crew watching the Earth collapse. The footage shows quick clips of a new character played by Alice Eve, Benedict Cumberbatch’s character holding a weapon up against Captain Kirk and many, many explosions.
STAR TREK INTO DARKNESS will be released on May 17, 2013. The film will follow Captain Kirk and his crew from the Enterprise after they have been called back home. They discover a terrible force has left Earth in a state of crisis and as they try to save the world, many sacrifices will be made.
