Manchester United is going above and beyond to secure soccer star, Cristiano Ronaldo, for their team and it seems Ronaldo is all for the move.
Ronaldo currently still has two years left on his contract with Real Madrid, but has avoided signing any more contracts with them. He is looking to move and Manchester U are willing to do anything to get him including offering £65 million plus a player in exchange for Ronaldo.
Despite Manchester United’s eagerness, Real Madrid is not prepared to give up without a fight and is trying their best to keep Ronaldo. However, they’ve secured Gareth Bale from Tottenham just in case.
Ronaldo has reportedly sold his house in Madrid and was not present to play in the team’s final game of the season after his falling out with outgoing manager, Jose Mourinho. Despite leaving Manchester United in 2009, Ronaldo has kept in touch with some of his former teammates as well as with manger, Sir Alex Ferguson, so returning to Man U is very desirable for him.
