At four years old, most children are likely to be playing with friends ortoys.
However, Robert “Bobby” Tufts of Northern Minnesota has been re-elected to be mayor! He resides in the small tourist town of Dorset that consists of a little over 20 people.
He was picked to be mayor once again at the annual Taste Of Dorset festival. Because the city is so small, there is no formal government. People could vote multiple times, as long as they paid the $1 fee per vote. Bobby’s name was chosen by a blindfolded man. His mother apparently teared up when she heard the news!
His mother, Emma, says that Bobby plans to have a new welcome sign made for Dorset and to raise money for North Dakota’s Ronald McDonald House Charities.
