THE MAGAZINE and BRATZ are looking for a Real Bratz girl to honour as a hero! We’re looking for girls who give back to the community, are passionate and work hard to achieve their goals! To enter, all you have to do is email a video (no longer than two minutes) telling us what makes you a Real Bratz. The contest runs until September 15, 2013 and you can find all of the information here!
So with the Real Bratz contest in full swing, we thought we’d give you ten reasons why you should become a Real Bratz girl!
- Beat boredom. Becoming a Real Bratz can easily become a hobby and keep you busy all summer. It’s a way to fill up your time with charitable things to do.
- Challenge yourself!Real Bratz makes the impossible possible! Is there something you’ve been trying to do that always seems too tough? Push yourself even more and become a Real Bratz.
- Become a LeaderIs there anything in the world you would like to change? Then lead the way! Gandhi said, “Be the change you want to see in the world” and activist Free The Children’s Craig Kilburger fully believed in that quote when he started his charity at age 12.
- Give yourself a goal.Having a goal is a great way to keep busy and stay organized. Planning ways you can be a Real Bratz girl will give you something to work towards!
- Make the world a better place.Real Bratz stand up for what’s right. They believe in the things they’re passionate about and encourage others to do the same thing! The world becomes a much better place when more people do what they believe in!
- Be creative. By becoming a Real Bratz hero, you have to use your imagination and think outside of the box. Keep the creative energy flowing by thinking of all the different ways you can express yourself via video!
- Inspire othersEver looked up to someone for being kind, strong and passionate? By standing up for a cause you believe in, you could be an inspiration to younger girls everywhere.
- The inner rewardFollowing your passions and helping others is already a reward in itself! The confidence and sense of accomplishment that comes with achieving your goals is priceless.
- Give backHas anyone ever helped you out? Or just done anything really nice for you out of the goodness of their heart? Well, it’s time to pay it forward! Real Bratz keep the world spinning with good deeds.
- Be a heroSure, you might not have a cape or magic powers but the real heroes aren’t Superman and Batman, they’re people who do the best they can everyday! They may help out a friend in need, donate to a charity or stand up to bullying; these are the heroes the world actually needs.
