Have you even wanted to learn how to skateboard but couldn’t find someone willing to teach you? Are you scared of getting hurt at big, unsupervised skate parks? Well, Disney XD and West 49 have teamed up to create the West 49LRN2SK8* Tour that will put an end to all your trouble!
West 49LRN2SK8 will be traveling across Canada from June until Labour Day and setting up their mobile skate parks in mall parking lots and community centres. Trainers will be on hand at all times to give lessons. Those ages five and up who want to learn how to skateboard can participate in this free program. Skateboards and helmets will be provided.
