MTV News has revealed the first series of pictures for the science fiction movie, THEMAZE RUNNER, based on James Dashner’s popular book series.
The pictures give us a sneak peek into the film’s dystopian world and the characters in it. The movie’s actors include: Dylan O’Brien (THE INTERNSHIP, TEEN WOLF) and English actors, Kaya Scodelario (SKINS) and Aml Ameen.
The plot revolves around Thomas (O’Brien), who wakes up in a box called “The Glade.” He is mysteriously surrounded by mazes and does not have any memory or recollection of who he even is. The only thing of which he is certain is that he must run through the dangerous mazes along with other “maze runners.”
The movie is set to hit theatres just in time for Valentines Day on February 14, 2014.
