Justin Timberlake only just returned to music after seven years and he’s already signed on for another movie meaning he’ll be taking yet another break from music!
Justin has signed on to play the lead in an upcoming movie about 1970s record executive Neil Bogart. The biopic is called SPINNING GOLD and will be written by Bogart’s son, Timothy Scott Bogart.
HOLLYWOOD REPORTER describes the movie as a “rags to riches story chronicling the tale of a poor kid from Brooklyn who went on to define the pop music culture of his time.” According to the younger Bogart, the delay in a biopic of his dad’s life had been due to waiting for the right person to play the role and when he met Justin, there was no doubt who would play the coveted role.
In the meantime, Justin is preparing to release the second part of ‘The 20/20 Experience’ and getting ready for his world tour.
