Amanda Seyfried voices Mary Katherine, who gets shrunk into the Leafman’s world when she catches a falling leaf. The Leafmen protect the forest. In this fantasy world, she befriends Nod (voiced by Josh Hutcherson).
Her father is a scientist who discovers the Leafmen. However, Mary Katherine gets sucked into their world and now has to find a way back to her world.
When an evil villain plots to destroy the forest, Mary Katherine must help the Leafmen in the fight against good and evil. Because if the forest world dies, her world will die too!
EPIC is based on William Joyce’s book “THE LEAF MEN AND THE BRAVE GOOD BUGS.” Beyonce, Pitbull, Steven Tyler and Jason Sudeikis also lend their voices for the film.
