Chloe’s return to The Next Step studio turned over a new leaf for the dancers. Let’s see how rehearsals went last week!
The team has been working really hard, so Kate and Chris announce a hangout party for the dancers to have fun. It’s time to put aside the stress of worrying about regionals!
That night, the dancers arrive back to the studio decked out in their pajamas. The actual fun starts when Tiffany suggests a game of truth or dare. West is first to pick truth and Riley asks him what his biggest secret is. Apparently, West has witnessed a robbery and knows where the thief buried the money. Stephanie is up next and picks dare. West dares her to go to the juice bar but Tiffany has to be her arms.
When the dancers head back up to the studio, Kate is waiting for them to start the movie. After the movie, Tiffany wants to continue their game of truth or dare. She dares James to kiss Riley despite Emily’s protests. James then dares Emily to do the “Six Saltine Cracker” challenge. In this challenge, Emily has to eat six salty crackers in under a minute. Emily takes the dare and all the dancers are really happy to see her let loose and have fun. After Emily’s exciting dare, Michelle picks the safety of truth…. only to have Emily ask her the big question, “Out of all the guys in A-troupe, who would you rather date?” She gives Eldon a reassuring glance as she says West’s name.
After their game of truth or dare, Eldon goes up to Michelle and tells her that he is going to break up with Emily to be with her! It’s what Michelle has been waiting so long to hear, but if Eldon breaks up with Emily, all their hard work and dedication to regionals will go down the drain.
Meanwhile, everyone else gets ready to start telling his or her best ghost stories. Whoever gets the most scared has to pay for the pizza. West’s story about a rogue chicken gets the girls a little freaked out but when James comes out in a chicken costume, they all scream and run away. The guys know that they have won this battle.
Just as everyone is enjoying the pizza, an officer arrives. James and the boys are really scared. Just as the officer is just about to handcuff James, he bursts out laughing. As it turns out, the officer is just Giselle’s uncle and this was their revenge!
Good job girls, the boys were really freaked out!
Everyone had a great time at the party and it was awesome to see the dancers let loose without stressing about regionals! Tune in next week to find out how their bonding helped them as a team.
