How is Amanda’s plan coming along?
Michelle and Chloe go to Kate with a genius idea they want to make a fundraiser that will support children with financial needs come to The Next Step. Kate thinks it’s a fantastic idea and gives them the go ahead. The fundraiser will take place at Culture Shock and different acts will perform somewhat like a talent show.
James and Noah are going to perform for the fundraiser but Noah is getting cold feed about singing so they decided to hold auditions for a lead singer. Amanda surprises them with her amazing voice, and they cast her as lead singer.
Meanwhile at Culture Shock, Giselle challenges West to a popcorn throwing competition. They end up at a tie, so they decided on a dance competition to determine the real winner.
James, Noah and Amanda are about to start rehearsal when she gets a call from Lucian. Lucian has found a loophole in the rules that states a team can win ANY regionals competition to advance to the Nationals. Amanda quickly and quietly leaves to join Elite at the competition.
Back at the studio, Giselle and West’s competition also ends with a tie so they decide the final challenge will be at the fundraiser… But that also is a tie, this challenge will never end!
Elite has won the Regionals competition which means they will be competing at Nationals!
Amanda is a no show at the fundraiser, so finally James is able to convince Noah to perform and they are amazing!
The next morning, Amanda lies to James saying the reason she wasn’t there was because of a family emergency. Kate enters in a fury, she has heard about Elite’s win at regionals and is outraged! She asks Amanda if she knows anything but of course Amanda lies saying she has no idea.
