Even a brand new promo poster (above) has been revealed because in just a few more weeks, season five of THE VAMPIRE DIARIES will be airing its first episode. What we know so far is that Elena will be going off to college. However, with human Katherine still in the picture, she’s going to try to get with Damon. Knowing Damon, he won’t let anything ruin the relationship he’s built with Elena. Silas, now that’s a different story — he’s willing to play along with Katherine.
